Are the five hour energy drikns good for you?

would it be un healthy to drink these? i do know that the energy drinks like rockstars and spike and stuff like that are bad for you. but i do not know about the five hour energy shots that they have out now... thanks for your help, and HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!------*

Go to a nutrition store like GNC---they have a little bottle of B12.  You take a dropper of it a day.  All the 5 hour stuff has in it is an overload of B12.  You'll get the real thing this way and save a lot of money;.

Not really, as much caffeine as a cup of coffee and no gaurana very little calories too .  I don't know about you, but I'd rather drink a full size energy drink (they do make diet ones) I like to enjoy sipping it, that shot would not be enjoyable for me. Happy Fourth! :)

If it is the one that has the B vitamins I would not use them if I smoked. Taking high doses of B vitamins increases the risk of getting lung cancer for smokers.
