  1. I claim abortion is a non-issue yet I have not said one word about McCain's houses.  BTW, it is not McCain's houses that folks "yammer" about, it is the fact he seems to own so many that he cannot keep track of them.

  2. when Republicans stop abortion... I'll start believing it's an issue...

it's a funny thing... when they get a majority... still... magically, it's still legal? even though "it's genocide"...

I've never heard so much talk and so little action on an issue that they constantly talk about...

  3. Probably.  And don't bother trying to reason with them.  That's about as effective as stapeling JELL-O to your shoes.

I do have to say though, it is fun yammering with them, because you can give them all of the facts and the only things they seem to resopond with are swear words because they don't have anything good to come back at you with.

  4. Well, I am a McCain supporter and could care less about how many houses he has or what his stand is on abortion. Neither really affects me. Instead of harping on how many houses the man has or doesn't have, how about one of these nutcases tell me what they plan to do to get the economy going? Everyone has a plan, but no one wants to share it!

  5. Yeah!!

They ceep talcin about how importent the economi, the war in Irac, and healthkare are,

Whut we realy need to do is stop them wh0res frum killin dem unborn babbys and git our kids reading the bible in skool.

  6. No.  I claim abortion is a non-issue, but I couldn't care less how many homes the McCains own.

Why is abortion a non-issue?  Nothing will be done about it either way.  If Republicans really cared about abortion, why didn't they do more about it during the 6 years that they controlled both houses of Congress and the Presidency?

  7. No nor do I see the relationship.

In fact, why don't all the anti-abortionist follow McCain's lead and adopt a child.  Except unlike McCain, adopt an America child.

  8. I think it is an issue that McCain wants females to bleed to death from having home abortions or go to the back ally butchers. I am 49 years old so I am like him I am probably never going to need one myself but I would never want to hear for anyone who thought they had an innocent 13 years old dying in her bed from bleeding to death. This is what used to happen. Women with large families. We can not judge all the different reasons why someone would have an unwanted pregnancy but we can be judged by what we judge.

  9. So many broad generalities are tossed around here.  Almost everything is an issue to someone.  Yammering about the houses is a poetic "gotcha" highlighting the fact that the noise machine suggests Obama is an elitist while McCain has so many houses laying around he needs his staff to remind him.

Abortion is a non-issue because it is a medical event.  Whether a mother has the right to chose her destiny is an issue.  Whether a mother can let a child die by choosing prayer over a simple medical treatment is an issue.  Whether someone who hits a pregnant woman gets charged with one or two counts of manslaughter is an issue.

  10. Yes that would be them.

  11. Well considering that a lot of republicans can't stop yammering on about McCain's houses it is highly unlikely that they are the same one's claiming that abortion is a non-issue. However, a better question may be, name me one republican who has proposed legislation to overturn Roe v Wade. Oh yeah none.

  12. Yes Yes Yes, Rather have a baby killer than a rich man that owns house, Its sicking

  13. a candidate's stance on abortion and how many million-dollar homes they own are both relevent.

  14. No one should be president unless he owns at least a dozen houses, preferably houses of ill repute.

  15. Pretty much.

As for owning real esate. If that were a disqualifier for the Presidency, then how do we explain Kennedy? Roosevelt? Eisenhower? God forbid we have smart and savvy people running for the highest office in the land. Obama is just upset that Resko got busted before he was able to help him get more than just the one mansion.

And anyone who thinks abortion is a non-issue when the next POTUS will be nominating at least one Supreme Court Justice really doesn't understand our system of government anyway.

Which brings us to MERCER DEVIL: Again, it's the Supreme Court who continues to uphold Roe v Wade, not the POTUS. Maybe they'll get you caught up on the US Government next year, in 5th grade.

WHOA...Hold up there, SPIRITUAL COACH LYNN. First, tell me when that used to happen? How often? Is it anywhere near the 46,000,000 mark? Because that's how many abortions have been given since 1973, when Roe V Wade hit the books (http://www.nrlc.org/ABORTION/facts/abort... Yes, it's a right to life site, but the data is provided by the CDC, so don't even try refuting it.

So you're trying, with a straight 'spiritual coaching' face, to tell us that it's better to kills 43 million babies than to have perhaps, worst case, 100 women die a year?

    Hmm...talk about your fuzzy math.

I think it may be you who needs the coaching, dear.

  16. What does one have to do with the other?  One is a morality issue while the other one is simply being out of touch with mainstream America.  Just like the "folks" who complain about Obama being for abortion yet also complaining that his house is worth 4 million.  Again, what does one have to do with the other?  Nothing.  Both sides are guilty of not sticking with the issues.  Welcome to politics as usual.
