Banh beo is pretty good. So is the classic rice with soy sauce. I can't remember what it's called, but my friend who is Vietnamese knows how to make this stuff with meat, pineapples, tomatoes, and onions. I know it starts with thiet something. Also, there's some really good meat I've had with my rice. And their egg rolls rule. Vietnamese use a lot of pork too.
