  1. your english is very confusing so I am not sure I understand.  This is what I think it says "do parents automatically get permanent residency in Canada for a child born there"

The answer is that any person born in Canada automatically gets citizenship.  The child will also get citizenship in the country their parents are citizens in.  However, even if a child is Canadian the parents cannot become residents without all the proper visas and paperwork, just like normal.

  2. Even though the child was born in Canada, the parents need to apply for permanent residency to be allowed to live in Canada. It's not automatic. The process can be long and expensive, so call Immigration Canada and find out exactly what you need to do, they'll send you all the necessary forms to fill out and also tell you the fee for processing. The baby is an automatic Canadian citizen but in order to be an American citizen the parents will have to fill out the paper work to get them their citizenship. Once again, it's not automatic. If you give Immigration a call, they'll help you and tell you what needs to be done.

  3. No, you will not get automatic permanent residence in Canada even if your child was born in Canada (and as a result is a Canadian citizen). However, your child, when he/she turns 18, can sponsor you for permanent residence in Canada assuming you and the child meet certain requirements.
