  1. as long as they have their visa along with them, i dont think its a problem, u have to inform the embassy only when u face some difficulty


  2. yes you cna travel except some restricted areas of north eastern states, jammu and kashmir and islands of lakshwadeep and andaman

  5. Travelling between states isn't usually a problem, sometimes you have to pay a little tax but thats all. It always a good idea to have a photocopy of your passpost with you though (the photo and visa pages) and keep the original somewhere safe

  6. You can travel anywhere but just have your embassy's contact detail with you just in case. Goa recently is having a tense time with crimes against tourists. Petty crimes happen everywhere.

  7. Yes for all the states of India except Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Mizoram and Jammu & Kashmir.

    To travel in those states you need special entry permit.
