They're still gonna be the Seattle Sonics for NBA Live 08 because they use the information and rosters from the previous seasons, so in NBA Live 09's case, they are using the information from the 07-08 season, which the Sonics are still located in Seattle.

I dought it. During the rookie photo shoot, they played NBA Live 09, and EA probably wouldn't put a no logo team with only practice jerseys to wear in the game. The best chance of getting OKC in the game would be if they had a cheat code for it.
