Are the henttentot and bushmen considered black in south africa?

i read somewhere that they are not but dont know the reason why? please tell me?

The Hottentots and Bushmen are "click" speaking tribes of Central Africa, with yellowish-brown color, and display high cheekbones!

They represent the genetic root of all modern day humans!

Tthey are considered to be of a different race by black and white south Africans as they do look quite different.  They are indeed discriminated against on this basis, being a people now dispossessed of their land and traditional way of life.
