Are the husbands allowed in the delivery room in the Philippines? HELP!?

I am giving birth to my daughter in the Philippines and so far haven't found a hospital where they allow the husbands in the delivery room. This is very disappointing to me since I don't want to be alone with strange doctors and going through the whole birthing process without my husband to hold my hand. Can anyone give me any info? Does anyone know of any hospital where they allow people in the delivery room? If I can't find any, I'll just do it at home....

very few hospitals outside the US and Western Europe allow anybody but the doctors and nurses to be in the room. I think you might be out of luck :(.

Try getting in touch with some ob/gyns or nurses in your area if they can help you
