Are the items in eBay been used? if its yes, how can i know the different between items been used or not?

Each seller is suppose to tell you if the item is new or used. I am not sure they actually do this. If it doesn't say then my guess would be the item is used.

It can be either new or used, the seller is responsible to give the condition of the item so they do not mislead people into thinking a used item is new/
