if not where is the closest other than toronto

Unfortunately it appears that the only Canadian date is July 4th in Toronto. The rest of the dates are in the US with the closest being in Californai and Arizona, more or less the same as going to Toronto.  This is only up to August 31 and so far I have not heard of any dates after that yet.
