Are the kitchens at places like taj as clean as we thingk they are?

Yes.Ofcourse.They are clean and hygienic.That is why these places are Graded 1 by the municipal corporation and are termed as 5-star hotels.They do charge money but then they do offer quality service.

i should hope so...i would like to think they are as we are paying for FIVE STAR TREATMENT

i shud hope so...i would like to think they are...but u know how the papers keep comin up with these exposes where they show how things really work behind the scenes..but i think places with a reputation as big as taj..does have a good standard of cleanliness.
