  1. ehhh... Ocassionaly. But it is filled with a lot of chemicals and when you get older your body will start to feel the effects of that. Also, frozen dinners don't give your stomach much of a work out and it leaves you more hungry. Eating LC doesn't work your metabolism but organic food would because it isn't processed. I suggest that you make you own meals or buy fresh meals somewhere. Good luck on your weight loss!

  2. no, not really because it's so small, and it doesn't taste very good, either. i would get a low fat cook book instead. food you make yourself is more fresh, so it will taste a lot better. trust me.

  3. Lean Cuisine is the best tasting compared to Healthy Choice and Smart Ones, although HC is a close second.  They offer a lot of variety and work great if you hate or aren't good at figure out how many calories a meal has.  I actually had a Lean Cuisine meal tonight for dinner.  It was tasty and was 250 calories.  I only eat them about once a day, especially if I'm busy.  For other meals I eat salads and wraps that I make myself with lean healthy ingredients from Whole Foods or Fresh Market.  In the end, only depend on pre-packaged food if your too short on time to make something yourself.

  4. maybe if you can stand the horrible taste. lol, but i know someone that lost alot of weight buy simply stop drinking cafeine. its hard but it helps.

  5. Try healthy choice it is not loaded with salt like many other so called low calorie frozen meals which means it is a lot healthier as well.

  6. yes it is a good idea. bc u are working out so much, the most reasonable explanation is that there is something about your diet that isnt working for u. dont get dishartened if lean cuisine doesnt work however - everyone is different. u might find, for u, it is too much carbs etc. but it is more likely to work. the idea however, is to learn from lean cuisine how to eat for the rest of your life. it should model portion sizes etc

  7. Just because they're named "lean" doesn't mean they are; they're high in calories and sodium. There are so many things you can have besides salad that are still healthy. Try looking it up online to find some good recipes.

  8. i would try a more natural alternative.  if you check the ingredients of those meals, there are a lot of preservatives and additives.  But if it works for you, then more power to ya.
