I understand that they have different structures, in gymosperms sporophyte is dominate, and in bryophytes the gametophyte is dominant.

I want to know if they have the same steps when reproducing, or if there are major differences.

for Bryophytes i have:

spores-mitosis-gametophyte-mitosis-gam... -embryo-mitosis-sporophyte-and back to spores

  1. You should probably compare diagrams of both life cycles  to note the differences, which are numerous.  They do go through the same basic processes such as meiosis, but in moss this occurs in a spore capsule to produce spores when  are dispersed to form a new  plant.  Gymnosperms have more advanced reproductive cycles that would can be easily seen in diagrams.
