Are the luxury sky suites at the Palms Hotel available for purchase?

Are the sky suites at the Palms Hotel in Vegas (the suites with the balcony pools) available for ownership if you have the right amount of $$$ ???

They are only for rent!!!  There is a separate tower where you can buy a condo but they do not have the outside pools.

No, the Sky Villas in the Palms Fantasy Tower are owned by the hotel and rented only night-by-night as hotel rooms.

However - the Palms Place tower does have some large condo-suites with cantilevered pools as well, some of which may be available for purchase from the original developer or current owners.  Contact a local real estate agent that specializes in high-rise condominum units and they can let you know what is on the market.  Expect to pay several million.
