The name Willow and Piper are known of enough. There is a town in England name Bristol. Track is an English word. She named Piper...Piper Indy, she's just one of those people who like "interesting" names for their kids.

Anyone born in America is a native American.  I can't believe some of the answers you are getting.  As to whether or not they are of American Indian heritage, yes they are by way of their Father.

Track because she likes track meets, Bristol Bay or something is where she likes to fish, Willow not sure maybe she picked it up from a cheezy 80's fantasy movie, Piper hm, maybe it came to her when she smoked pot..Oh yeah and Trig because she loves guns (you know trigger happy)
