Are the "Gems of the Game" baseball card boxes (containing two BCCG-graded cards) only available at Wal-mart?

I bought some boxes at Walmart called "Gems of the Game" and it comes in a green box with a picture of Derek Jeter 93 SP and Alex Rodriguez 94 SP, both graded BCCG 10. In the background is a diamond shape with holographic designs.

You are guaranteed to get 2 graded BCCG 9 or 10 cards and one of those cards is guaranteed to be a rookie in each box.

I've searched all over the web but cannot find any solid information about these boxes. I've only seen them at Walmart, and whenever I go there are only a couple available. I'm wondering if these boxes can be purchased elsewhere...or in bulk.

BTW, these are not sold on www.walmart.com. I only see them in the actual store. I don't have a Sam's Club card, so please let me know if you find them there, too.
