Are the "real facts" listed on Snapple caps really true??

Like the one I just got says "A goldfish's attention span is three seconds."

  1. yes, mostly. of course, if you ever get one that you know could never be true; like an elephant is the size of a penny.


  2. List most trivia "facts", the facts on the caps are rarely thoroughly checked.  Therefore some of them are probably true, some of them not quite right but not completely false, and some of them are pure garbage.

    In the case of the goldfish one you quoted, there was an episode of Mythbusters where Jamie was able to train goldfish, something that would not be possible if the "real fact" was in fact real.
