rave scene is hardly related but u can make it connect eg

pop-grp - yardbirds started a song - have a rave up - in the 1960s and they use an industrial warehouse to have a concert as it has a large open space.

since then iconic studios - sculpture, art, are all using abandon industrial places for their culture.  and a new use for these abandoned places

or to get their work / art they need to collaborate with the industries to create new materials / forms / mixtures of paint, plastic etc - look at the modern sculptures - theyb need to know whats the latest in material technology
