no, i went two weeks ago, and the whole thing was closed down.

  3. The rides are open year round.  If you're referring to the new ferris wheel, then yes.

    The park is on a limited operation schedule on some days.  Check out their operating schedule online before you go.  http://www.pacpark.com/
