Im from houston so of course I love the Rockets,now this team Is gonna be very good,We have a good group of veterans and a good group of young players

If we can resign Landry,with Brooks,Dorsey,Greene,and Scola,This is a great group of rookies and sophmores

The veterans will be lead by the best center in the league Yao Ming! with the help of a shooters like Barry and Jackson,A defender like Battier,and Rafer and T-Mac..the rockets are set to be contenders!

When healthy the rockets are very very good,The defense is good and with Yao dominating the paint,this team can't be stopped

NO. they don't need scoring they need consistent healthy players. the last 4 years either yao ,tracy or some significant player is injured when it comes close to the playoffs and there is no way they can win by doing that. Yao is going to have to rest and not play all year around or trade him to free up the post since you have scola and landry now.  tracy is going to have to have the heart of a killer and strike to the goal and settle for jumpshots so much. Scoring is not their problem as much as just having their team able to be there

Rockets would be lucky to even make it to the playoffs with there washed up players. T-Mac is trash. If everyone scores they still would lose b/c they have a wack team. Rockets need to get rid of that loser Allstar, T-Mac. ROCKETS SUCK!!!!

Yes they prolly will they are a good team and have a lot going for them... Unless they play Utah again... Go Jazz... But the West is a tough confrence if they were in the east they would be a second round lock

they would have gotten out of the first round this year if Yao was healthy

when TMac plays second option, which he did for much of the time when Yao was healthy, he is a h**l of a second option. Shane does a great job of hitting open shots, and Barry adds another guy that can do that.

D.Greene may be a key because he looks as if he can get his own shot

Yes they could have gotten past the first round last year but INJURIES killed them! They need to stay healthy. Tmac and Yao need to avoid injury. The Rockets were on a run last year but Yao got injured. If they stay healthy then they can even get past the second round. The Rockets have Gerald Green, Tmac, Yao, Mutumbo, Francis, and Shane Battier. They have the team to get there. They can score and play defense. All they need to do is avoid injuries.

if they can stay healthy I believe Rockets will be a contender next season, and will get out of the first round.

I think Rick Aldman deserves some regonization for last season and he has brought back some of the old T-mac, and Yao has only just gotten better under Aldman.

The problem with the T-mac/Yao duo has always been their HEALTH!

Yes they will. If Donte Green can play like he did in the summer, he can be like the lost-Rudy g*y we traded away. T-mac handles with Yao in the post. Unstoppable. Definitely beyond first round. h**l, I see a championship run unless the injury curse hits T-mac (then I would suggest a trade b4 that). Barry is a good playoff player and Dorsey provide interior D. This is the year Mac and Ming win their rings. Without injuries. Its time for T-mac to ascend to greatness and for Yao to make some noise.
