I'd love to see him back in the AL and especially with the Red Sox. Do you think it will happen? And also, will Ron Mahay from the Royals end up in a BoSox uni before the deadline?

  1. no.

  2. Tejada  is a juicer. We don't want him.

  3. Not with Julio Lugo on the books for another 2 years, at 9 mil a year. I don't think the Sox will put anyone new at shortstop. They allready have a platoon of them. If anything they might trade for prductive bullpen arms with Lugo as a peice.

  4. Maybe after the Yankees took 2 out of 3 in their last series and are making deals left and right, but I can see the Red Sox winning the division without him. If the Red Sox aren't ahead of the Rays at the deadline you might see Epstein pull the trigger on a deal for another player.

  5. The Astros said they will not trade for him, check foxsports.com. He can still help the team out. Look at his stats. He may be part of the rebuilding Astros team and who is Boston going to give up for Tejeda. It is too much. They will probably have to give up Youkilis and two aaa prospects, along with Hansen.

If they do get a deal it will look something like this

Red Sox Youkilis and Hansen two prospects

    Astros Tejeda and Erstad

I don't think the rumors are true.

    Astros

  6. Unless the Astros will take on Lugo and his contract it is a bad deal for the Sox.  Mahay would help out a lot, you can never have enough good help.
