Are the st louis rams moving back to Los Angeles?

I thought I heard somewhere that LA was supposed to have an NFL team by the start of the 2009 season. While this seems about as likely as the Dolphins going 16-0 this season, it was "guaranteed".

I did hear somewhere that the Rams could possibly move out of St. Louis though, and where better to move them to then Los Angeles, their original home?

Don't know about Los Angeles, but they are moving to the back of the NFC West.
