Are the tennis courts free to use for visitors of the Grand Park hotel Dubrovnik and can rackets be rented?

Can those staying at the hotel use the courts for free or how much are they to play on? And can Rackets and balls be rented?

I'm pretty sure if you're staying at the hotel you can use them for free. But rackets will most likely be there for rent. Our people like to get on the tourists.
