Are the tennis players compensated for the olympics?

I am about 90% sure that NO ONE receives prize money FROM the Olympics for winning medals for their achievements.  Olympic athletes, however, receive money from other sources such as their sponsor.  I read that Speedo offered Michael Phelps one million dollars if he could tie or break Mark Spitz's record of winning seven Olympic Gold Medals.

    I think the tennis players are compensated for the Olympics if they do well or achieve a level of where their sponsor wished for like Michael Phelps's sponsor.  Tennis players will NOT receive compensation from the Olympics itself however.  For example, Roger Federer who advertises Wilson I think may receive compensation if he wins a medal.
