like the weather. don't know. as far as I know, no disaster/cyclone has hit orissa today. so things must be on schedule.

You can go to this link to check all the trains from Bhubaneswar to Delhi, and their "Average Delays". http://indiarailinfo.com/search/238/664 The above link says that the Bhubaneswar Rajdhani on average departs on time. So you can assume that the train will depart on time tomorrow.

Also, you can get "Today's" Running Status on a per train basis (NOT tomorrow's running status). For example, this link http://indiarailinfo.com/train/map/1304/... shows that the Purushottam Express "will" depart on time later today from Puri.

How can one tell about it in one day advance? If heavy rains are there, only then you can know in advance which is unpredictable.
