Pies vs Kangas.....centre bounce - the r****d umpire bounces the ball....not straight up like a normal person - the ball bounces sideways directly toward the Kangas goal...player grabs it, and gets a goal... IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN RECALLED!!

moments early a player gets penalized for jumping up and down too enthusiastically.....wtf??

Who agrees?

  1. WITH OUT UMPIRES WE HAVE NO GAME.I DONT SEE YOU RUNNING AROUND WITH A WHISTLE IN YOUR MOUTH,MAYBE YOUR g*y AND YOU CAN UMPIRE THE  g*y GAMES , YOU MIGHT LIKE BLOWING A WHISTLE THEN... YOU POOF

AND ANY WAY COLLINGWOOD SHOULD OF BEEN MANING UP,COLLINGWOOD ARE SHAT LIKE THERE SUPPORTERS ...LONG LIVE DARREN MILANE.. SUCKED IN ON HIM HOPE MORE PIES PLAYERS GO HIS WAY AND SUPPORTERS  TO ... AND SOON

  2. you  got that right rogue

  3. Get over it, It wasthe past so move on.

  4. the only form of true football is the one with the round ball, all other forms (grid iron, aussie rules, rugby) allow you to touch the ball, which of course greatly reduces the skill required to control the ball with your feet, handball would be a more accurate name for these versions

  5. rogue id say the umpiring has been sub-standard this year in many games and the fact is the rules committee haven't made it easy for them

i.e push in the back rules probably has 8 sections to it like section a. b. c. d. how can the umps make proper and right decisions when the rules are far from simple (WHICH THEY SHOULD BE)

P.S he obviously ain't Casper the friendly ghost. LOL

  6. The problem with recalling a play from an umpires mistake is that you would recall 100 plays every game. Look at Barry Hall, he gets smacked in the mouth two weeks in a row with no free kick (one which could have won the game for the swans), he then smacks someone else in the mouth and gets seven weeks! I think the umpires should either get seven weeks or a smack in the mouth - players choice.

  7. i think you should stop blaming the umpires for collingwood losing

    get a new excuse

    they got outplayed

    loved when alan didak missed

    funniest thing EVER

  8. Agreed, shocking bounce should have been recalled, but where was Collingwood's midfield and backline pressure?

  9. Totally agree with you there.  If a boundary umpire stuffs up a throw in,  they do it again.  Should be the same with the field umps too.  No side should be disadvantaged from the bounce regardless what the rules state.

  10. yeah, I agree with one of the answers above with the boundary umpires. If they have a shocker, it gets called back.

A bounce is very rarely called back though. It is very hard to get a high let alone straight bounce which brings back debate for the unpires just thorwing the ball up. I think that field umpires are just to gutless to call the ball back (booing from the crowd, players, a please explain from the observers ect)...too much for too little.

As I didnt get to see the game as im in Queensland and we had the Lions on, I dont know what your talking about with the jumping player. Was he jumping up and down and yelling at the umpire? otherwise, I couldnt explain that.

but again, lets not blame the umpire for collingwood's loss. While it was only a 7 point game, they did have a 21 point lead earlier.

  11. Yea they need to change that, it was so unfair. Why do all the umpires have something against Collingwood? the umpires hate the Collingwood reserves and now this. and what about the mark Rocca got half way through the last quarter? why  didnt the umpire do something about that. umpires are really stupid and something needs to change. Collingwood lost because they played poorly but also because of the umpires. Did you see the almost mark that Dale Thomas did in the first quarter? it would have been mark of the year if hadn't have missed it. Go Dale!

  12. I agree with you when it comes to the centre bounce. Besides they are professional umpires they should know how to bounce the ball correctly. I think if it disadvantages one side it should be called back. That would be fair. But  I think only on the centre bounce should it be bounced. Around the feild it should be thrown up into the air. The player who was Jumping up and down being penalised for doing so is an interesting call I must say. Didnt think you could get penalised for that. Some of those umpires have interesting views dont they.

What baffles me, is when it comes to third quarter, they seem to change the way they umpire. Its like as if they are a different umpire out on the field.

eg, Have noticed when watching at the Dome last year when my beloved Cats weren't really getting penalised, and let go a lot when they played Nth Melb, but third quarter they were penalised for looking side ways. Why cant they be consistant with their umpiring, rather then all over the place.

  13. hehehe....that was pure brilliance and to be honest we all gasped.

Brilliance cause it was to our (Kanga's) advantage.

3 words Rogue....GET OVER IT!!!!  lol

    LOVE YOU♥
