Are the vapor XXXX shin pads better then the supreme one 90 shin pads?

is there really that much of a difference? Are the vapor XXXX worth the extra $14?

I am looking for some good shin pads for high school hockey

You are talking about top of the line equipment.  Buying either would be more than fine for a high school or even above level player.  The thing to worry about is the size of the pad.  If you are a quick, shifty player, you should get a bit smaller pads, but a bigger, shot-blocking defenseman, you might want an extra inch.

I use Easton Air shinguards that I got 5-6 years ago I am 6'1 in my skates and usually play forward but sometimes defence and went with 15's, especially since the pair I had before that were 14's and they tended to shift even when wearing both a garter belt and taping them secure with shinguard tape (the clear type)

ps Don't overlook the high-end RBK stuff, I don't know how it compares to the old Jofa pads but it should still be the same technology.

both are top of the line bauer shin pads. At this point, it really depends on what you like. Go to the store and try thm both on. One might be a little more comfortable while the other is a little lighter. They are basically the same thing with different designs. The supreme one90's are a little cheaper because they were last year's model, and the xxxx's are a bit newer. heres some info on the xxxx's:
