  1. I think they are pretty much set, but wouldn't be surprised if they moved Harrington.

They might sign 1 or 2 guys from the summer league team.  That guy Anthony Morrow has been lights out from the 3.  DeMarcus Nelson is a player I've always liked, but needs to work on his stroke.  Jamont Gordon is a PG, but hasn't been doing much in SL.

They WILL sign Biedrens.  Mullin has continuously stated that it is a top priority.  The Ws never reveal the status of ongoing negotiations until it's a done deal.

Your guess is as good as mine about any other transactions.

  2. Well the Warriors just re-signed Biedrins to a multi year deal so the team is pretty much complete and set unless the Warriors find a way to trade Harrington away. The youngsters will get their fair share of playing time throughout the season.

  3. They have to lock up Biedrins, but it sounds like a Russian team is ready to offer him $10 million per for up to 5 years (CSKA is probably the only team in the Russian league able to offer that type of money).

Sounds like the W's will start with an offer of around $8 mill per over 6 years.  Biedrins wants a contract like Kaman's (average $11 mill per).  The thing about the russian offer is they would provide luxury housing, almost no taxes, and lots of other perks as well.  I think they will figure it out, and I also think Biedrins is right in his contract wishes.  He's younger than Kaman and Dalembert (who averages $10 mill per) and still has more upside than either of them.

Here are his career stats:  http://www.nba.com/playerfile/andris_bie...  (btw he just turned 22)

Here are Dalembert's:  http://www.nba.com/playerfile/samuel_dal...  (he just turned 27)

    Here are Kaman's:  http://www.nba.com/playerfile/chris_kama...

    (he just turned 26)

I think a Dalembert-type contract would get it done and still keep him motivated, because his contratct would run out when he turned 27, the peak of his career and time to get one more big contract.

If they could do a salary dump with Harrington, it would give them room to bring in another PG (like Arroyo or J-will for 1 or 2 years) pretty cheap.  However, don't put too much stock in what you saw in summer league.  It gives you a good idea of a player's individual skills but not their overall team skills.

  4. um i not sure but they need to lock up biedrens and make sure he doesnt go to europe. Unless they trade Harrington i think they are pretty much done making moves, but you never no with the warriors.haha. I agree B. Wright is improving, i also watched the summer league games, but it would be nice to keept Al Harrington just so he can play center if they choose to play small ball every once in a while .
