Yes, Yahoo is having problems and they are working on it to get it fixed. Many can't send or receive mail.

Yes, there have been some issues.  One of the ones they are trying to straighten out has to do with e-mails that come from a particular Internet Service Provider.  They are working to get it straightened out.
