Are the zaru-soba noodles served a little moist, or completely dry (excluding the dipping sauce)?

  1. a little moist, but not too moist.


  2. In my opinion, they should be a little moist because if they are too dry, then they get too chewy and lose the slick texture, even though you are still putting it into the dipping mixture sauce.
