I am not sure there is a question here. Surely anarchist groups enjoy the chaos and traumas of those who suffered the after effects of the tragedy.

I'm not sure about any specific groups in New Orleans, but I know that there are a few there and that they are doing a lot for the victims.

The real reason why I am responding to this question is because I would like to give a nice big F*CK YOU to the first two people who posted...especially # 2.
