Regardless of monthly payment, is it even possible for an individual to find such a plan?

  1. Yes, but they are few and far between, especially with individual policies because they are very expensive. They will be HMO policies and they will have co-pays so you still have to pay something when you use medical services. I work with all the major companies and only have one such plan among the hundreds available.

  2. so you don't want to pay anything?? just have the insurance pay it all? that's going to cost a bundle.. but an HMO is probably out there..

if you don't care about cost, how about a low monthly payment and getting discount on everything.  it doesn't have deductibles or copays.  You just get an upfront discount on all health realted services.

The company is AmeriPlan USA and been around for 16 years now.

  3. Go for HMO you have no coinsurance and deductible. But you will only have Co pay .

  4. If you're low income and qualify for your state's Medicaid program there is.

  5. Theoretically, yes, but the only ones I've seen in the past 10 years are group policies for public schoolteachers.
