  1. Last year, my son did his Eagle project by collecting used computers from a local hospital, refurbishing them and then donated them to the Little City Foundation. Check with local hospitals, schools and businesses.


  2. There are lots of local organizations in urban USA cities that do this, but since you didn't say what city you are in, I can't make specific suggestions.

  3. 1.  Form a non-profit club for elderly and disabled

    2.  Many large clinics and hospitals will donate for each member of the club plus 10% over membership (in case of problems with the computers).  You need to have a tax exemption number and apply at hospitals, clinics and businesses.

                They usually will clean the computer up and get all of their info off of it.... and restore it to when it was new....
