Are ther any good canoeing spots in central Florida area?

i live in Bradenton, are there any that you like to go to specifically and why?

Rock Springs in Apopka is good.  You rent a canoe at the top of the river and take a 4-hour canoe trip downstream.  You will see real Florida wildlife... cypress trees, turtles, and gators.   Bring some drinks and a sandwich.  After you reach the marina, a driver will pick you up and take you to your car at your starting point.  I think it was $25 per canoe.
