Are ther any organic restaurants in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex?

Maybe you should go to whole foods (sells only organic foods) and see if anyone has advertising there. Also if you chit-chat with the people who work there they usually will know someone or something to recommend. They are very involved in the organic/healthy scene. Sorry I don't know anything off the top of my head.

Well, I am going to assume that they use organic ingredients, though I don't know. but Cosmic Cafe is a vegetarian restaurant that is really cool looking. I would not be surprised to hear that they use only organic produce.

I'm sure I've seen several around here, but I've noticed Whole Foods Market has a small cafe-like eating area.  It's in Plano on Preston.
