No, episode 51 was the last episode, and the movie was a one-off because Japanese fans felt the end of the series was inconclusive and demanded more.

However, if you want more FMA in general, I'd recommend reading the manga; the anime storyline diverged after Hughes died and did its own thing, while the manga is still ongoing in Japan, with a new 40ish-page chapter released every month.  

I'd recommend going to http://www.onemanga.com to read it, but I couldn't tell you which chapters Hughes dies in and thus where to begin reading from - either try looking it up on wiki or somewhere similar, or simply start reading from the beginning

(Oh, and a few changes in the manga - Homunculi are created differently and have nothing to do with Human Transmutation, Pride, Wrath and Sloth are different, there's no civil war in Lior, Dante doesn't exist and a load of other things - have fun!)
