Using that data (specifically those clubs in the Hudson-Berkshire division) I looked up any clubs within a reasonable distance from Albany, and here they are:

So there's no clubs right in the city of Albany, but there are a few very closer ones, and some more that aren't too far. Of the two in Troy, one is at a college, so it will have a different atmosphere from the other clubs. I'd recommend looking into how far you are willing to drive, what you want to get out of it (what is your overall goal for fencing), and any other factors of importance for you before you make your decision. Fencing is a great sport, so I'd definitely recommend trying it somewhere (this is coming from someone who drives an hour each way, four times a week), because it WILL be worth it!
