Are there ATM's or banks in Juarez, MX that will work with wells fargo or us bank visa debits?

My husband has to go to Juarez for immigration stuff and we don't want to send him with a bunch of cash. I would like to know if there are any banks there that he could use his wells fargo or US Bank accounts to get the money he needs? Thanks for any info.

Yes ... plenty of banks and ATM's that work fine with foreign banks

I too have a wellsfargo account and yes they do have ATMs that will work fine but wells fargo does charge foreign conversion fees.  I used my debit card at the sams club for about $75 worth of stuff and was also charged the $3 conversion fee.  Not a big deal but I guess the more you spend the more they'll charge you.  

In El Paso right downtown there is a wellsfargo bank and ATM if you wanted to just wait til you got closer to the border to withdraw your cash to use in Juarez, but of course thats up to you.

Yes most ATM/Debit cards will work internationally. However inform your bank/card company(if using credit) that there will be foreign debits appearing so they will not shut the card off. Also remember there is a international fee for ATM use. How much? Depends on what the government wants to charge.
