According the the Bangladeshi Embassy in Japan there are over 10,000 Bangladeshis living in Japan.

The Japanese web site says 9,707 in 2003.

If you stay here for 10 consecutive years you probably can get permanent residency.

So... Yes there are Bangladeshis who are permanent residents in Japan.
