There are all sorts of beautiful fish, whales and bottle-nosed dolphins who call Bandaras Bay their home. Bandaras Bay is a very beautiful body of water situated in Puerto Vallarta, Mx. I know there are some other bodies of water located in the northern part of Puerto Vallarta known as Nuevo Vallarta & these waters do have crocodiles in them. In fact, this is in the same lake where people swim with dolphins. The dolphins are in an enclosed tank. (This is an 'adventure' tour), so it's extremely safe.

People do swim in Bandaras Bay as well as go on fishing expeditions, whale watching, etc. etc. etc.

My question is...are they crocodiles in Bandaras Bay???

  1. Watch out for the land sharks.

  2. You might see some crocodiles in  San Blas in the swamps called "esteros" is far away like an hour and 30 mins away from P.V. and I don't think they get as far as Banderas Bay.
