They have a Duty Free shop on board where you can buy alcohol, but it will be kept for you until you pick it up before leaving the ship. The same happens if you try to bring alcohol aboard, it will be taken off you and kept until your last day on board.

You are forced to spend money on buying alcoholic drinks from the many bars on board the ship.

Not sure what the intent of your question is but you can buy a lot of liquor on NCL ships.  Now if you want to buy liquor to take it off the ship, you will have to get it at the duty free shop.  However, if you want to buy liquor to take it on board, they will charge you a corking fee.  Check with your travel agent for specific regulations.
