Are there Positive Effects of Global Warming?

I found a very interesting article on the positive effects of higher global temperatures and higher concentrations of CO2 in the atmosphere. I found it very interesting because I had written the same thing, months ago on my blog. I had not read this anywhere before, but I said that my explanation was derived from common sense, now there seems to be data to back up my common sense.   3. Yes-------- if GW is actually TRUE-- I much prefer it over another   ice age --- where everything above about Latitude 42 would be under MILES of ice and snow.

  6. Yes, the melting of the polar ice caps will open more areas of the arctic ocean to oil exploration and production.

  7. yes, more surfing areas, hotter weather(if you like hot weather), longer summers, dont have to buy as many sweaters and coats, and longer planting time.

  8. Sure why not, I like the warmth and I'm tired of the cold.
