Yes, realtors sell mobile homes too, though some prefer to deal only with mobile homes that come with the land on which they're located.

Yes their are Realtors. I live in a Mobile home park and most of the ones around her a handled by realtors, just like houses. Occasionally you will see ones that are sold by owners.

Typically, realtors only sell real estate and therefore will only sell mobile homes if the land is included.  Owners of mobile homes only have to find a dealer who will sell it on consignment or sell the home themselves.
