  1. If you mean a French population who speak spanish: no there is not. But many southern southern region of France have specific dialects ("patois", in French) wich sounds like Spanish (Béarnais, in the Pyrennées-Atlantiques for example...).

And of course, there are many people in France who have spanish origins (especially in the south and in Paris), many of them can speak at least a little spanish.

Spanish is also the second language learn at school in France, so many French have some basis and can understand or speak Spanish.

  5. Yeah of course, there is a lot of spanish people, especially in the south ( city like Montpellier or Marseille, but the biggest community is in Paris). And in the South because its near Spain so there is a lot of emigration from Spain.

  6. Thre are the Catalan and Occitan regions in France where the people and language are a cross of Spanish and French. I am not counting the Spanish emmigrants who live in France

  7. There is hundred of thousand spanich speaker living in France, in the south many are from spanich origin and in Paris many south american people are living there...

During the Spanich war the frontiere with France were opened to allow hundred of thousand of refugies to take shelter in the south of France. Today in city near the spanich border many have spanich origins.
