Are there a lot of atheists in Russia?

I don't put a lot of faith in surveys, but what I have read is that in Russia 60% of people believe in God, 21% believe in a supreme force and 16% are atheists.

   The majority religion is Orthodox, although only a small minority of people who profess to be Orthodox actually attend church on any regular sort of basis. I would say that atheists are certainly in the minority
