Yes, there are transsexuals here.  I've met a number of them.

Yes! I am one of them. I am a male to female transsexual and I have a number of friends here who are. My question to you is, why you looking for transsexuals sweetie?

There are dozens of transgenders (crossdressers, androgynes, drag queens/kings, gender q***r, two-spirit etc).

There are about a dozen active transsexual folks.
