Are there age limits on getting a daycare license?

Me and My friend are trying to get our daycare license and I was just wondering if there was an age limit? I know it is probably 18 but I just wanted to know the age requirements.

You'd have to check with your state or provincial authorities for the guidelines, also with your city or town for local bylaws and licencing. It's not just a matter of age, there would be space requirements, health and safety regulations, as well as insurance issues, etc.

This would depend on the state you are in.  In Ohio you, just have to be 18 to be employed with a HS diploma.
