There are 700 islands. Here is a list of some of the airports in the Bahamas. There are more but I gave you the islands that get the most visitors.

(ASD) – Andros Town International Airport – Andros Town, Andros

(MHH) – Marsh Harbour Airport – Marsh Harbour, Abaco

(CCZ) – Chub Cay International Airport – Chub Cay, Berry Islands

(GHC) – Great Harbour Cay Airport – Great Harbour Cay, Berry Islands

(GGT) – Exuma International Airport – Great Exuma Island, Exuma

(GHB) – Governor's Harbour Airport – Governor's Harbour, Eleuthera

(FPO) – Grand Bahama International Airport (Freeport Int'l) – Freeport, Grand Bahama

(NAS) – Lynden Pindling International Airport (Nassau Intl) – Nassau, New Providence

The most popular airports are Grand Bahama and Nassau.

hi there are over 700 islands in the bahamas but not all are inhabited the main 2 are grand bahama and nassau which is the capital, both islands have 1 airport. the other island are called the family islands where you take domestic flights to and from and a good majortiy of them have airport.

There are airports on the main islands of the Bahamas and many smaller airstrips on some of the smaller islands.  There are many islands some only accessible by boat.  There are about 700 islands, with the main islands for visitors being Grand Bahama Island and New Providence (where the capital, Nassau, is located).  Paradise Island is a tourist hotspot (very ritzy) and is accessible by bridge from Nassau.  Here's a great website for everything about the Bahamas.  Hope it helps!
