Depends on what you mean by "aliens".

Alien could mean:

- an introduced species not native to the region

- extraterrestrial life, a lifeform not native to Earth

- people living illegally in another country (sometimes called "illegal immigrants" or "illegal aliens")

If you mean "extraterrestrial life forms", then it is very possible that aliens exist.

If you mean ANY extraterrestrial lifeform, it is very possible (though no evidence to support it) that microscopic life from space or other worlds exists on Earth (it could have travelled here inside a meteorite or in space dust that constantly enters the atmosphere).

If you mean are there intelligent extraterrestrial beings on Earth, the answer is no - no scientific proof or evidence anywhere.

If you mean any kind of extraterrestrial life, then it is definite. There is no way thinkable that in a universe that is infinite in size doesn't have any other life than what is on earth. As far as we know, Venus and Mars are thought to have used to have oceans or running water on the planets. Recently, ice was found less than 1 or 2 feet under Mars' polar region's surface. So yes, it is definitive.

I BELIEVE There are I DON`T BELIVE GOD WOULD NOT HAVE CREATED OTHER THINGS IN THIS UNIVERSE. THERE ARE BILLIONS OF STARS OR SUNS IN OUR GALAXY EACH OF THOSE  STARS PROBALLY HAVE MULTIPLE PLANETS REVOLVING AROUND THEM AND THEN THERE ARE BILLIONS OF GALAXIES

There are no aliens. There are just part of human imagination. Until now there are searching aliens, but they are none.

10% develop intelligence

10% can communacate

these civilizations may last 10,000 years on averege

All of the above estimations may be grossly off, but if they are somewhat right, then yes!
