Well, I'm a Jewish American woman dating an Italian man (in Italy), and I think that my nose is bigger, but yes, there are lots of Italians with big noses. And you know what they say about guys with big noses...

Just like everywhere else in Europe that has experienced migrations from the north, south, east and west, the Italian people are varied in shape, size, etc.

The people do tend to be darker complected (tanned) as you move south, but that's about it.  if you have a nose fettish, I'd suggest staying at home on the internet before travelling internationally.
